CATFISHING

 

North Texas Guide Service is teaming up with Doug Elliott (Tex) to offer guided catfish trips on Lake Lavon.  Doug comes highly recommended by Jerry Hancock.  Jerry used to guide for catfish on Lake Lavon, and he even owned the blue catfish lake record for Lake Lavon.  So if he is recommending Tex, you know Tex has got to be a good fisherman.

 

Catfish Trips:

Depending on the time of the year, Tex will fish deep water or shallow water, trying to find that monster catfish.  Even though Tex may not be able to find that monster catfish every time he gets on the water, he will find the catfish, and he'll find plenty of them.

 

Typically, Tex will use fresh shad as the primary bait of choice.  However, he'll use whatever it takes to get the catfish to bite.

 

Pricing:

$200 for up to 2 people. Half day trip (5 hours).  For a 3rd or 4th person, add $25 per person

$300 for up to 2 people. Full day (10 hours).  For a 3rd or 4th person, add $25 per person

All bait and tackle furnished

Fish cleaned and bagged
